Several blogs have speculated that the 24-year-old actress is in the process of having a tattoo of Marilyn Monroe removed from her right forearm; the portrait of the iconic blonde looked noticeably lighter when Fox accompanied hubby Brian Austin Green to a party celebrating Jaguar cars in NYC last week (see photo, right).

What inspired the Transformers star to get the prominent tattoo in the first place?

"I really admire Marilyn Monroe, but I would never try to emulate her. I got the tattoo as a warning," she said in 2009. "It warns me not to let myself be treated so badly by the film industry so that it breaks me down."

Fox still has several other tattoos, including a chinese symbol on her neck, a Shakespearean quote on her back and a crescent moon on her ankle.

Vanessa Wants to Get Inked — With Her Mom

She’s rocked both real and fake tattoos, but Vanessa Hudgens says she’s just getting started on the body art. 

“I will hopefully get more tattoos,” the Sucker Punch star told PEOPLE on Wednesday at the West Hollywood release party of pal Ashley Tisdale‘s DVD, Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure. “I’m very obsessed recently. I still only have one, but I’m waiting for one of my friends to go get one so that I can come with, and bring my mom and my best friend.” 

Why would she bring family along for the experience? “My sister is on her way for a piercing, and me and my mom are going to do the tattoos,” she shared. 

Appearing at the bash with what appeared to be a much shorter do, the actress explained, “I started getting cut crazy, but tonight I just tucked it under because I haven’t had time to do my hair this evening. I think I might have it long soon again though for the music festivals and whatnot. But I think it’s fun. I just love changing my look. I get bored with it being stagnant.” 

So which style stars does she turn to when she’s ready for a change? “I like looks like Bianca Jagger and looks from the ’60s and ’70s, like classic movie stars,” she said. “Just interesting, cool, eclectic looks.”

Eva Longoria Removes 'Wedding Date' Tattoo

In Hollywood, love isn't always forever -- and fortunately, neither is ink.

Gorgeous Eva Longoria was snapped Thursday in Los Angeles leaving her posh restaurant Beso, and we couldn't help but notice that the Desperate Housewives beauty had a tattoo removed from her wrist.

But this wasn't just any tattoo; this tat was the date -- in Roman numerals -- of the date of her marriage to now-ex hubby Tony Parker.

The couple officially became divorced in late January.

Since the split, Longoria has found love again with singer Eduardo Cruz, who also happens to be Penelope Cruz's brother.

Lady Gaga: All My Tattoos Are on My Left Side

Lady Gaga is "normal?" It depends on which side you're looking at --literally.

The "Born This Way" singer, 24, told reporters at a Google Moderator promotional event Tuesday that all of her tattoos are on the left side of her body to keep her half-ordinary.

"It was actually per my father's request," she said. "He asked that I remain, on one side, slightly normal."

One thing that's not so run-of-the-mill? The super fit songbird says that her entourage likes to taunt her with snacks before shows.

"There's a lot of backstage shenanigans," she says. "Very often they make jokes about my diet because they know I have to stay fit for videos, so they'll leave mounds of cheeseburgers and stuff in my dressing room. It's vicious."

Avril Lavigne Gets A Safety Pin Tattoo

Although it was only last week she planned on putting the brake on getting new tattoos, Avril Lavigne was spotted getting inked during a girl's night out. The Canadian singer was spotted with some of her friends at her favorite tattoo parlor, The Shamrock Social Club, on Sunday, March 13 night.

It was a last minute decision to get the new body art since Avril tweeted shortly before tattooed, "Uh-oh girls day turning into girls night.... Should I get a tattoo???? Haha" She picked a safety pin design to be embedded on her left neck, just underneath her ear. To explain her choice, she wrote, "Omg..k. Here we go... It's comes in handy all the time, it can hurt you, but at the same time keep you together, safety first!"

Avril has several inkings over her body, including a matching tattoo with her ex-husband Deryck Whibley and boyfriend Brody Jenner's name underneath her right breast. Brody himself sports "Avril" tattoo on his left arm.

"I like all my tattoos, they all remind me of friendships, a lot of them are matching tattoos [with friends]," Avril told BBC Radio One "It's a moment in time. Whenever I'm having a really good time I bust out and say 'let's get tattoos'."

Lauren Conrad Talks Fame In Women's Health

Lauren Conrad had to purge some of her insecurities, in exchange for some new ones on her road to success, in this month's edition of Women's Health.

One of those purges first off is how Lauren had to present herself in public, she had to stop twirling her hair because it made her look like an airhead.

Plus, Lauren had to practice her red carpet stance at home in the mirror, so she can look her best at award shows, media events, and movie premieres.

A big to do on Lauren's list of insecurities is facing her critics, or what other people thought of her, as Lauren explains that she cares about what other people think.

However, one of Lauren's friends sat her down asking why she cared about other people's opinions, and Lauren deals with this by having a tatoo saying, "Sticks and Stones".

Lauren also explains that she developed a thick-skin quickly, courtesy of The Hills, and Hollywood, because good friends are hard to find, and Lauren's always being judged, but Lauren uses her previous retail experience and climb up the fashion ladder to keep with the pressure of it all.

Yes, there's an exchange we all must do when transitioning from private life the the face of the public eye, but we don't have to give up everything in order to fit another's image.

Most of the time, it's people wanting you to change because they're not comfortable with themselves, or just want to stick to what they know.

On the other hand, people ask those rising stars like Lauren Conrad to change because it keeps those people on top, and stars like Lauren Conrad down, while others and so-called friends pass by her.

As Lauren's fame rose substantially in 2007, Lauren was getting offers like modeling a runway show for Marc Jacobs, so veterans got extremely mad, in this reporter's opinion.

Lauren is being judged because she got to where she is faster than others, so those angry slavers and veterans become sharks, and are on a mission to destroy anything Lauren Conrad.

Lauren Conrad should stay the course of her goals and dreams, and start going older audiences to give Vera Wang a run for her money, as well as Lauren's young and growing audience.

Kelly Osbourne: Removing Most of Her Tattoos

Kelly Osbourne isn't done reinventing herself!

The slimmed down star -- who recently told Us Weekly about how she's managed to keep off almost 50 pounds after a year -- plans to get most of her 15 tattoos removed.

Osbourne, 25, announced her decision to undergo laser tattoo removal in her weekly column for British magazine Closer (as reported in The Daily Mail.)

She had her revelation recently while shooting the flick Should've Been Romeo, when makeup artists covered up the ink. "I can't say I missed them!" she wrote.

"I met with my dermatologist and I'll start the laser treatment as soon as I have time," the Dancing with the Star alum said.

The erasure process won't be short and painless, either. "It will take several months, and while I'm not looking forward to the pain, I've heard it hurts less than getting the tattoo," Osbourne wrote. "I hope so!"

She doesn't hate all of her tattoos, Osbourne explained. "Some still have a special meaning, like the matching ones my brother Jack and I have of each other's names, but now I feel like some were a mistake."

Last year, Osbourne told British talk show This Morning that getting inked was "my way of self harming, because I really knew it would upset my mum and dad," she admitted of parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.

"I was miserable and I just went and got all these tattoos and I don't know why. One of them is a keyboard and I don't even know how to play a piano!"

She added: "As you get older, you realize that you don't want to be defined by your tattoos, because that's not the type of person that I am."

In the show, Jayde Nicole has her “Brody” tattoo covered up but it’s in a very painful place. We asked Jayde about that episode:

“This was a great scene to catch on camera, lol it being the second time getting a tattoo on the inside of my lip I kind of knew it was going to hurt. But you can't really scream or complain because then are holding you lip down and you can't move lol. He has one too that says "J N" so I wonder what he is going to change his into . In future episodes I plan on getting more tattoos ;) in interesting ways and places lol."

Brody & Avril Ink Their Names On Each Other

Couples who ink together, stay together .... right? Our spies have noticed that Avril Lavigne and boyfriend Brody Jenner have permanently professed their love for each other with tattoos. Doesn't this seem a bit premature considering they've only been an item for less than four months?

If you look closely in our exclusive photos of the couple enjoying a day at the beach, you can clearly see Avril's "Brody" tattoo next to her right breast. As for Brody's "Avril" tattoo, it's on his inner arm.
