Lauren Conrad: "I'm Not A Sexy Person"

Plenty of men might beg to differ with what Lauren Conrad tells May's Allure Magazine.

"I'm not a sexy person," The Hills star, 25, said. "I'm OK with it. I've never been the sexy girl. Whenever I've had a boyfriend, he's always been like, 'Oh, you're cute.'"

But LC admits there have been plenty of times she doesn't even feel cute, especially when it comes to stories about her fluctuating weight.

"You're the first person to notice any weight gain or loss, and then to have it pointed out can be embarrassing," she says. "You have two good angles and a hundred bad ones. I've seen photos of myself and cringed, 'Oh, God, I can never wear those pants again!'"

In fact, the reality star and writer, who's been dating actor Kyle Howard for nearly two years, has devised a plan for those incidents. Conrad now wears skinny jeans with high heels to elongate her legs and she always carries a giant handbag.

"If I'm shopping and I see paparazzi, my bag goes directly to my thighs," she says.

But while Conrad might have some self-esteem issues, she says she'd never consider going under the knife like pal Heidi Montag, who had more than 10 procedures including breast augmentation, liposuction, and a nose job.

"I saw the magazine just like everybody else," she says. "I don't think this is a happy story at all, there's just no right answer there."

Kim Kardashian: My Breasts Are "100%" Real

They're real -- and they're fabulous.

That's the message Kim Kardashian wants to get off her, well, chest during a Thursday appearance on Piers Morgan Tonight with older sis Kourtney, 31.

"There's a lot of plastic surgery rumors that swirl and I'm the first one to be super honest," says the Kourtney and Kim Take New York star, 30, who admits to trying Botox. "And so everyone was talking about that, saying that they must be, you know, fake."

The truth? "They are real," says Kim, in the video above. "They are completely 100 percent real."

And when host Piers Morgan tells the reality star, "You just look like you must have had [surgery]," she responds, "That's what Spanx and masking tape are for."

However the eldest Kardashian -- and mom to son Mason, 13 months -- had a more permanent solution for her bust.

"These babies are not real," she laughs while pointing at a cardboard cutout of herself. "I used to make fun of [Kim] when we were little and then I went and got surgery."

Kim Kardashian's New Look -- Plumped Up Pout!

Kim Kardashian is once again surrounded by plastic surgery rumors, after stepping out in Los Angeles this week, with a much puffier pout. Though the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has adamantly denied all nip-and-tuck -- minus her on-air Botox mishap -- some new photos of Kim’s seemingly larger lips have lips everywhere flapping.

Radar Online took the startling before-and-after photos to a panel of experts, to weigh in on Kim’s plumped-up pout.

“It certainly appears she had lip augmentation based on the size and shape of her lips in the picture,” says Dr. Andrew Elkwood, M.D. of The Plastic Surgery Center in New Jersey.

“It could have been done via temporary means like injectables or something more permanent -- you can’t tell just by looking. You would have to wait a few months to be sure either way.”

“Yes, it certainly looks like Ms. Kardashian has plumped up her lips,” agrees Dr. Harry T. Haramis, M.D., FACS of the Sleek Surgical & MedSpa in NYC. “Both the upper and lower lips look markedly enhanced.”

Dr. Haramis believes that the reality TV star used a dermal filler, most likely Juvaderm, to achieve the look.

Lovely C. Laban, ARNP, MSN, who specializes in aesthetic injectables at her clinic Skin by Lovely in Santa Monica, California and also teaches physicians across the U.S. advanced techniques on the use of these products, agrees that Kim’s lips are larger.

“Kim seems to now have more plumpness in the volume of her lips,” the expert tells Radar.

“Based on what I see in this photo it is quite possible that Kim's aesthetic health care provider used a product like Juvederm or Restylane to achieve this. Kim may also have a small amount of Botox along her upper lip to help elevate it and create a shorter space between her nose and lip.”

Heidi Montag Reveals Her Post-Surgery Scars

Heidi Montag was seeking perfection when she famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in November 2009. Now a year later, Heidi reveals her operation-room battle wounds for the first time to Life & Style. "Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery," she told Life & Style exclusively at a photo shoot on Dec. 2. "This is not what I signed up for."

The former Hills star reveals a series of unsightly scars, red inflammation and uneven body parts including: a 2-inch-long raised blemish under her chin from her chin reduction, two caterpillar-size bald spots along her hairline from a brow lift, a horrifying jagged line behind her ears from having her ears pinned back, lumpy legs and four spots left on her lower back and below the buttocks from botched liposuction, a bright-red mark inside her right nostril, uneven boobs, a stretched mark on her chest and deep scars around her nipples from a second boob job.

"The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek," Heidi tells Life & Style. "People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body."

Heidi says the scars are constant reminders that she made a big mistake. "I would love to not be 'plastic girl' or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world. I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I'm always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands."

Heidi Montag: I Am A Plastic Surgery Addict

Heidi Montag told ABC News she was addicted to plastic surgery after undergoing ten surgeries in a day this past January, and places the blame for the physical and emotional pain she suffered as result on the surgeon who performed the operations, the late Dr. Frank Ryan.

Montag, 24, told the network she did "not feel like I was prepared enough for" the surgeries, which she said left her feeling like she'd been "hit by a truck.

"Maybe I should have known," The Hills star said. "But how can you know when your doctor's saying, 'It's just a little of this, it's just a little of that'?"

Ryan tragically died at 50 this past August 16 when his Jeep tipped over the side of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. At the time, Montag grieved her doctor saying, "He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met," she Tweeted of Ryan August 17. "He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world."

In the new ABC interview, however, Montag is singing a different tune, claiming the doctor misled her en route to the operating table.

"I definitely should have been way more informed," Montag said. "I think that doctors should really walk you through all aspects of it, not just the glamorous side of it. Doctors, it's like they're selling you cookies."

"I don't want the biggest boobs in the world and, to be honest, I would take them out and downsize them but I don't want to go under the knife again," she told the network. "I feel like I'm stuck with them now... sometimes I wish I could go back to the original Heidi."

The interview with Montag airs in a special titled Primetime: Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far? airing at 10/9c Wednesday on ABC.

Heidi Montag Trashing Surgeon For Publicity

Heidi Montag is a publicity seeking opportunist who used the death of her plastic surgeon to try to stay famous, a close friend of Dr. Frank Ryan told Radar Online in a hard-hitting interview.

Responding to Montag’s recent comments on TV that Dr. Ryan misled her about her 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, Dawn DaLuise told Radar Online: “She is desecrating his memory.” Dawn also told Radar Online that Heidi was “obsessed” with Dr. Ryan and he was forced to spurn her advances!

After his tragic death this summer Dr. Ryan has been fondly remembered by people close to him, but his most infamous patient had only bad things to say about him and his friends are furious about it.

Heidi trashed the dead surgeon in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight saying “It was a lot harder than I was led on by my doctor…I didn’t know how excessive it really was…and to the extent a lot of stuff.”

“Heidi Montag is taking advantage of Dr. Ryan’s death,” DaLuise, Ryan’s friend of 15 years, exclusively told Radar Online.

Dawn organized the packed memorial for the doctor on November 15, and she slammed Heidi’s motives for speaking ill of Dr. Ryan and not attending the memorial celebration his friends and family held.

“Her PR people and agents were weighing the options of her either attending the memorial service for him on Monday or going on TV and talking about him and I guess she decided to trash him instead of remember him,” Dawn told Radar Online.

“Heidi is just trying to stay famous,” she said of the reality star who recently admitted she and her husband Spencer Pratt, are broke.

Dawn said that Dr. Ryan told friends Heidi was obsessed with him after her surgeries.

“Heidi was fixated with Dr. Ryan. He told friends that she used to show up and try to talk to him all the time. She was obsessed with him and he spurned her advances,” Dawn said.

Dawn defended Dr. Ryan’s operations on Heidi, and said her claims of regret are now only for show. “She wanted bigger breasts right after the surgery and she kept going back to him to ask him for more. He did not instigate her surgeries, she insisted on everything.

Irate over the statements Heidi made, Dawn slammed the reality star’s tactics.

“Now that he isn’t here to defend himself she is vilifying him.”

Heidi Blames Dead Doc For Surgery Nightmare

Heidi Montag is speaking out about her plastic surgery nightmare - expressing her regret for undergoing ten proceedures in just one day and saying her doctor, the late Frank Ryan, misled her.

Montag- speaking to E.T. - said of the surgeries: "It's not who I am. It's something I did. It was a choice that I made, and I wanted other women and people to know, 'yeah, I have insecurities and so does everyone, and this is what I did, and I don't want to lie about it, and I don't want to cover it up. I don't like lying. It's just not who I am. In retrospect, I do wish I never would have said anything..."

When she was asked if she was happy with the after-result of her surgeries, Heidi said: "I wouldn't do it again... If I could go back, I'd wouldn't have had them..."

"It was a lot harder than I was led on by my doctor... I didn't know how excessive it really was.. and to the extent a lot of stuff."

"It was a lot .. it was a lot.. and I'm very thankful for how it turned out... It could have been disastrous." Could have been? Does Heidi not have a mirror?

Montag underwent ten surgeries in a single day last November. She had her breast implants increased to DDDs, a brow lift, a nose job revision, lipo on her stomach and thighs and a butt augmentation, among other things.

Montag has said she regrets one of the surgeries in particular - getting extreme breast implants. This past August, she said, in the wake of Ryan's death in a tragic car accident, she was looking for a new doctor to perform the procedure to reduce her breast size to a D or double D.

Montag has said the procedures have caused her excessive pain - both mentally and physically.

Whitney Port Doesn't Want A 'Heidi Make Over'

Whitney Port hasn't seen much of her co-stars in The Hills since she headed to New York to launch her fashion line Whitney Eve.

'I've kept in touch a little bit with Lauren Conrad,' says the actress, 25. 'I was recently back in LA at a concert and saw the whole crew. There are no hard feelings - I'm the kind of person who takes people for who they are.

'I don't like confrontation. Unlike a lot of them, I don't go out looking for drama.'

Whitney also doesn't understand Heidi Montag's osbsession with going under the knife.

'If you really feel like you want 
a little nip and tuck, that's your prerogative but that's not something I'd ever want to 
get into - especially to the level Heidi did,' she explains.

'I think at our age it's a little bit much.'

We hate to say we told you so...

... But we did! When The Hills first started out we always liked Heidi Montag; she was the fresh-faced party girl with a string of adoring boys following her every move.

She had a golden glow and an eye-catching smile, but as years went on, she went through a makeover that's not too easily reversed. Earlier this year she had a chin reduction, boob job, a nose job, neck liposuction, brow lift, ears pinned, cheek implants, butt implants, lip fillers, botox and liposuction on waist, hips and thighs. 

Whew. Now she looks a little more like this...

We know. Scary, right? At the time she was out flaunting the new look at every available opportunity with husband Spencer Pratt by her side. However, since the couple split, she's apparently been regretting all the extensive cosmetic work she's had done.

She's claiming she only went under the knife for Spencer, and a source told Heat magazine: "She's thinking about a plastic surgery make-under now that she's separated from Spencer. He was the one who wanted her to get the work done. She knows she went too far, and she feels stupid."

Yeah, just a tad too far, Heidi, but is more surgery really the answer? However, unsurprisingly she's finding that the fake look and breast implants are making it difficult for her to find acting work.

Dr. Stavros Eleftheriou also told Heat magazine: "This should act as a warning to those thinking about having surgery, but aren't sure it's the right thing for them... as it's very difficult (and expensive) to turn back the clock."

We couldn't have said it better, and we have to say, Heidi definitely looked a lot prettier without all that surgery. Wouldn't you agree?
