The Jail Conversation Between Paris Hilton And Lil Wayne

Socialite Paris Hilton and rapper Lil Wayne found a common topic to talk about during their interview with Interview Magazine – their time behind bars.
Hilton, 30, took a break from filming her upcoming reality show in L.A. to interview Wayne, 28, in Miami, via phone, and their conversation started off with how they spent their time in jail.
“For me it was okay because it just meant that I was alone with my thoughts,” the New York Daily News quoted Wayne as saying of his one-month stint in solitary confinement, after being caught with an iPod at Rikers Island last year.
“There were times when it was pretty tough to be by yourself, and to have no television, no sort of nothing...I was okay. I did fine,” Wayne, who released an album in jail, said.
Wayne was serving an eight-month sentence after being convicted of criminal possession of a weapon.
Hilton, who served 23 days in prison in 2007 after violating her probation by repeatedly driving on a suspended license and ignoring court orders, empathized.
“I know how you feel. It’s the best feeling in the world when you come out,” she said.

Lil Wayne Proposes Collaboration to Paris Hilton

Lil Wayne may be pairing with a fellow convict on his next record. The Young Money rapper and Paris Hilton are cooking up a possible collaboration.

The blonde heiress interviewed Wayne for the April issue of Interview magazine, but Weezy was the one who offered his services. “I was gonna ask you, how are you gonna release an album and don’t get me on it?” he told Paris, who is prepping her sophomore effort for this summer.

“Well, if you would be on the album, then I would be honored,” she replied. “That would be the sickest thing. We should get each other’s phone numbers so we can call each other after the interview or text or something.”

It didn’t take any convincing for Wayne to jump on board. “Cool. Sounds good,” he said before exchanging digits with the socialite.

While they may seem like polar opposites, both celebrities have served hard time and shared their common experiences in the magazine.

Nicki Minaj Name-Checks Kristin Cavallari

Here we are, four years after "The Hills" debuted on MTV and five years after Lil Wayne founded Young Money Entertainment and the two forces have finally come together. It's about time!

The long-awaited (for us at least) intersection of "The Hills" and Young Money comes on Nicki Minaj's new album "Pink Friday." Specifically, it's in the song "Girls Fall Like Dominoes," in which Nicki raps: "When I'm in the hills I hang with Kristin Cavallari/And when I'm in Miami I hang with Kourtney, Kim and Khloe." There it was!

OK, raise your hand if you saw this coming. Not us. We always thought the first Young Money rapper to reference a person from "The Hills" would be Lil Wayne. We would have bet $100 that Weezy was going to name drop Spencer on the "Tha Carter III." But then the album dropped and nothing. Our hope was renewed earlier this year when Drake's "Thank Me Later" was about to come out. We crossed our fingers and our toes crossed for a Audrina shout-out but then...nothing. Nothing at all.
