Paris Hilton Not Going To Home Intrusion Hearing

Paris Hilton says she has not been asked to appear at a preliminary hearing -- that will take place December 28 -- for a man accused of attempting to break into her Beverly Hills home, Radar Online has exclusively learned.

Hilton -- speaking to Radar Online in an exclusive new interview -- told us: "I haven't been asked to appear at the preliminary hearing. I don't know if it's going to be happening today or not. I do know it keeps changing. No one asked me to appear, and I will be in Las Vegas until Thursday."

A legal expert tells us that usually the primary victims of a crime are asked to attend a suspect's preliminary hearing, so it's not clear why Hilton was not asked to attend.

The suspect in the case -- Nathan Parada -- was apprehended by Hilton's boyfriend, Cy Waits, as Parada allegedly was trying to break into her Beverly Hills mansion several months ago.

Police say Parada had knives in his possession. His preliminary hearing is expected to begin Tuesday in a Van Nuys, California courtroom. It's unclear if the hearing will be delayed again.

Intruder Detained At Paris Hilton's LA Home

Cops have just detained a man at Paris Hilton's L.A. area home -- after the guy allegedly snuck past a guard gate and knocked on her front door ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us private security immediately sprung into action -- and tried to apprehend the man, who was riding a bike. We're told the man tried to put up a fight, but to no avail.

The security officers were able to physically restrain the man until LAPD officers arrived on scene and took him into custody. The suspect was transported to a nearby police station for questioning.

Hilton had to deal with another scary situation at her home back in August -- when a man carrying knives allegedly tried to break into her home. Her BF pulled a gun on the suspect before anything happened.

No word if the two incidents are connected.
